Sher is the founder of Culinaire Staffing and has been in the hospitality industry for her entire career. This is her passion. As a result, she has built up an extensive network of businesses and people in the industry. Sher often knows about cutting-edge industry trends before they become cutting-edge. Her grandfather owned restaurants and hotels which probably accounts for the fact that she grows heirloom tomatoes in her sustainable garden, and makes her own cheese and pasta. By her own admission, Sher is a "foodie" with a love of restaurants. When it comes to relaxation and fun you might find her writing a song, playing the guitar or banjo, hanging out at farmers markets, or learning about a wide variety of subjects. Honesty and integrity aren't just words to her, they are cornerstones of her business and her career.
